Product Introduction
The 1x7 structure "12.7mm, 15.20mm,15.70mm,17.80mm" unbonded prestressed steel strand is a special prestressed steel bar with anti-corrosion grease and sheath. The products are used in water conservancy and hydro-power projects. In recent years, wind power projects are increasing, the construction height of wind power tower reaches or exceeds 120m. More and more concrete tower with external prestressing technology is using unbonded prestressed steel strand. The products have the advantages of strong corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance, which can improve wind resistance and prolong service life.
Based on the standard of JG/T 161-2016 Unbonded Prestressed Steel Strand, we innovate the design to simplify the test method of sheath tensile property, enhance the practicability, facilitate the sheath performance, effectively standardize the quality of the sheath and improve the quality safety of the project.
Product characteristics
The outer cable of the wind power concrete tower is used for the unbonded steel strand, the thickness of the sheath and the grease can be designed and produced according to the technical requirements of users, the surface of the sheath is dense and smooth, the outline of the steel strand can be seen. The surface quality can meet the requirements of no air holes, no mechanical damage, no cracks, no obvious wrinkles,etc.
